A variety of extra-curricular clubs are held throughout the year both after school and at lunchtime; these may include activities such as: gardening, running, yoga, football, singing, drama, tennis, tag rugby, gymnastics, badminton, dance, archery, netball, computers.  After school clubs usually finish by 4.15pm but some do finish a bit later. Many of the clubs are run by our own staff voluntarily and there are a few which are run by professional coaches, which will involve a fee. Details of these can be found on the Pro-Coaching website and the Premier Sport website.

The clubs are mostly available for Key Stage 2 children (yrs 3-6), as we have found that our younger children are tired after their day in school, but we do have a few for the younger ones. We request that parents collect their children promptly after these activities. Pupils in Year 5 and above may walk home unaccompanied with written parental permission.

There is also the opportunity to take part in Central Venue League (CVL) events at different schools. These usually include: netball, rounders, football, tag rugby and catchball. We have had many successful teams in the past, including rounders County Champions 2013 and Netball small school district cup winners for 5 years in a row!
