School Improvement
In order to meet our vision for our pupils a cycle of rigorous School Self-evaluation and Improvement Planning is essential.
The School Improvement cycle of Self-evaluation, priority planning and review are based on a planned programme of monitoring  teaching  and learning in the classroom, work scrutiny, pupil interviews, parent questionnaires, parent forums and data analysis.
From information gathered through our monitoring we are able to evaluate our performance across all aspects of school life and identify key priorities for our School Improvement Plan.  Members of staff take responsibility for leading areas of improvement and are given a link governor who will monitor the actions taken for their impact. 
The School Improvement Plan is reviewed regularly and together with our monitoring informs on-going- School Self-evaluation.
