Blood bikes is the informal name for the emergency medical service, who provide voluntary motorcycle courier services to hospitals and other healthcare providers, to transport urgent blood, tissue and organs. Children enjoyed a visit from Matthew Gilliard, who volunteers for Blood bikes. A highlight for the children was when they climbed on the bike itself and turned on the emergency blue lights!
LET’S ALL BE EVERYTHING
Flintstones Class and Topcats Class excelled themselves on Wednesday during their Nativity Performance, 'Let's all be everything', by literally all being everything! All 51 children were Mary, shepherds, donkeys, angels, and Kings! They all sang their hearts out brilliantly and memorably. Well done to all involved!
Thank you so much to the NSP PTFA who provided mulled wine and mince pies. The Zone has never smelled so Christmassy!
A CHRISTMAS STORY, by Dan Lashbrook
Glittering stars, angelic angels, dancing sheep, handsome shepherds, busy townsfolk, fabulous wise men, more angelic angels, cunning Herod & scary soldiers, a tired donkey, rather fast camels, a very grumpy innkeeper, a graceful Mary and caring Joseph! It was truly magical and made in heaven! Most of all we enjoyed seeing all those smiles! Our children are truly fantastic!
